- Q: Do I have to come to the Ocean
Woodcraft shop to have my boat worked on?
- A: No Ocean Woodcraft is a mobile
operation which allows you to keep your boat in its slip while we work
on it.
- Q: Is woodworking the only service
you offer?
- A: No Ocean Woodcraft offers other
services which are covered in the Services section of this
site.
- Q: Does it cost me anything for you
to look at my project?
- A: No, the initial consultation is
free. Meaning that we will examine your project at least long
enough to give you an estimate.
- Q: Can you give me an estimate over
the phone:
- A: Usually not, unless you can
provide detailed drawings via email.
- Q: Is my project too small?
- A: There is a two hour minimum charge
but otherwise Ocean Woodcraft is happy to help with small projects
- Q: What Size boats do you work on?
- A: Ocean Woodcraft has serviced boats
from 16' to 160'
- Q: Do you only work on wooden boats?
- A: We work on fiberglass boats and
wooden boats, as well as anything else that floats..
- Q: Do you only work on sail boats?
- A: We work on both power and sail
